The service
PathIntact crawls documentation sites you configure and reports quality and SEO problems. It is provided as is; crawl results are best-effort observations of a live site and may miss or misreport issues.
Your responsibilities
- Only add sites you own or are authorized to monitor. Ownership verification is required before scheduled crawls start.
- Do not use the free tools or the service to overload third-party sites. Rate limits apply and abuse leads to suspension.
- Keep your credentials and webhook secrets confidential.
Plans, trials and billing
Paid plans are billed through Stripe monthly or annually and renew automatically until cancelled. Trials end automatically without charge. Limits per plan are listed on the pricing page and enforced by the service. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. TODO(legal review): refund policy.
Data
You own your data. We process it as described in the privacy policy. You can delete sites and organizations at any time.
Availability and changes
We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice and will announce material changes on the changelog. We aim for high availability but do not offer an SLA on the MVP plans.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, PathIntact is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months before the claim. TODO(legal review).
Termination
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
