Pricing FAQ
- What counts as a site?
- One docs root URL with its scope prefixes, for example https://docs.example.com or https://example.com/docs. Versioned paths under the same root are one site.
- What happens when a crawl hits the page limit?
- The crawl stops cleanly, is marked as capped, and the dashboard shows an upgrade prompt. Issues on pages beyond the cap are not reported.
- What does the trial include?
- Every new account gets the Pro plan for 14 days without a card. When it ends you move to Free automatically; data is kept.
- What happens if I downgrade?
- Your data is kept. Sites beyond the new limit are paused, most recently created first, and you are told which ones. Upgrade again to resume them.
- Is annual billing available?
- Yes, annual billing gives you two months free on every paid plan.
- How do I cancel?
- From the Stripe customer portal in your billing settings, any time. You keep the plan until the end of the period.
